Usage
Our WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org

Licensing
All of our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you like as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. One site license will give you support and automatic updates for one site only.  

Order Delivery/Download
Customers would receive the order delivery confirmation on their registered or shared email ids stating all the details such as billing address, email id, payment details and purchased products. Since the details would be shared only on 1 shared email id, customers are requested to validate their email id before sharing it online. If there is a problem with one of our WordPress themes or if you experience any difficulty with the download, contact us and we’ll fix the problem.

Compatibility
All of our themes run on the latest stable version of WordPress and are prepared to run on a clean WordPress installation. We cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the product demonstration on our site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work as we cannot guarantee that all of our products will work with all browser’s combinations.

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Global Care Solutions’s WordPress Products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Global Care Solutions

Warranty
Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modify the theme files. Global Care Solutions does not make representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy or completeness of the website and themes.

Liability
Under no circumstances, Global Care Solutions shall be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the usage of this website and Global Care Solutions’s WordPress Products. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your computer, computer software, web hoster, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential, special and incidental damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Payment
Paying for your orders or products, customers would themselves be using their credit cards/debit cards or any payment method on their own and will pay online as per the pricing of that particular product. All the payments would be accepted on standard modes set by Global Care Solutions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 

Refund Policy
If our theme is not fit for your purpose or simple if you don’t like it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. No Questions Asked. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. You can make a refund request via this page Contact Us with your Global Care Solutions order number and we will get back to you.

Product Support
Product Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme. Product Support is provided via email (support@ globalcaresolutions.co). We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions. We will check the support Email usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours’ time (working days). For free products, we will try our best to get back to you but cannot guarantee.

Price Changes
Global Care Solutions reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of our Products without prior notice. Moreover, Global Care Solutions is allowed to discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for any international, national or regional taxes even if Global Care Solutions has not charged you with taxes directly. You agree to pay any applicable fees and/or taxes to your responsible tax authority for any payment or purchase made on Global Care Solutions.

All content, including imagery, published on the Global Care Solutions domain and subdomains is the property of Global Care Solutions and under copyright. Reproducing or redistributing copyrighted material without permission or a license to do so is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of subscription and other actions as defined by copyright law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from incidental use Global Care Solutions is governed by the laws of India and the Member and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sirhind, India. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Global Care Solutions, contains the entire agreement between you and Global Care Solutions regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
